What documents do I need to get a Library card?

If you’re a resident of Maywood, you would need a document showing proof of residency (ie, Driver’s License, PSEG bill, or cell phone bill).

If you are a Maywood business owner, you would need to show a TAX ID document.

If you are a teacher from a school in Maywood, you would need to show proof of employment (ie, a ID card, or pay stub).

We will notarize signatures, but NOT copies of documents (such as passports).  Please call ahead to make an appointment.

Rooms can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis for non profit groups. Library and Maywood organizations receive first priority.
